Most organizations assume their sales team will be able to adapt their existing sales skills to their new role or industry so they only train them on product/service knowledge. No matter how skilled and experienced a salesperson is, they can struggle when shifting to a new role, organization or industry. The truth is, most salespeople enter sales because they like people and they are drawn to the flexibility and high ceiling of a sales job. They rarely learn how to be a sales professional.

We have designed a comprehensive training and development program for sales professionals. Whether you have new sales members or underperformers, send them to Wayfinder Sales Academy to change the way they attack their craft. Your salesperson will participate in a weekly training class with no more than eight total students to ensure individualized attention. Over the course of six months, they will work through a strategically curated curriculum to further develop their skills as a sales professional. In addition to receiving a certificate from our Sales Academy, they will obtain advanced training in prospecting, sales processes, meeting facilitation, and account management.
How does it work?
You must apply to attend the class and undergo a short interview process. We want to assess “will versus skill.” If someone doesn’t get accepted into our program, that probably means they aren’t the best fit for sales within your organization. After a thorough discussion with your Senior Leadership to uncover strategies and goals, we curate the program for maximum impact.
Each class will address a series of topics as well as uncover personal challenges that each participant is facing. We will assist in developing a better relationship between sales and sales leadership, improving communication, alignment, and accountability within your organization. Each individual session will be an hour long, with a 30 minute assignment to be completed over the next week. For the semester’s enrollment, we will accept sales individuals from various industries and roles. The cost of the Wayfinder Sales Academy is $4,999 for each participant.
